At Rajalakshmi Eduverse, we pride ourselves on fostering an optimal learning environment through manageable batch sizes. This allows for a personalized learning experience with ample opportunities for both individual attention and group interaction. Our dedicated team of counselors, instructors, and management works tirelessly to tailor each course to meet the unique needs of every batch.

Financial Policy

• Fee Structure: Please note that once fees are paid, they are non-refundable under any circumstances due to the resources invested in course planning and customization.

Attendance and Certification

• Minimum Attendance Requirement: A 75% attendance record is mandatory for all students. Failure to meet this requirement will make students ineligible for the Rajalakshmi Eduverse Certification and participation in Career Enhancement Cell activities.

Course Curriculum

• Dynamic Learning: Technology is an ever-evolving field. To ensure our curriculum remains relevant, we reserve the right to modify course content at any time without prior notification.

Confidentiality and Conduct

• Confidentiality: Students must maintain confidentiality regarding all session content and materials. Any breach may lead to legal consequences.
• Conduct: We expect students to uphold high standards of behavior. Any form of immorality, insubordination, or rudeness towards staff will result in immediate dismissal and debarment.

Student Responsibilities

• Equipment: Students are responsible for their own IT equipment and software. The institute is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property.
• Session Recordings: Missed sessions can be compensated by accessing video recordings within two weeks. Unauthorized external distribution is prohibited.

Course Completion and Placement Assistance

• Certification: Eligible students receive a Certificate of Completion.
• Placement Assistance: Eligible students receive 100% Placement Assistance, including resume building, interview preparation, and access to job opportunities. Conditions include 75% attendance, satisfactory Capstone Project completion, full fee payment, participation in all interviews and tests, and adherence to the Student Code of Conduct.

Refund Policy

• Please note that once fees are paid to Rajalakshmi Eduverse for any certification programme will be a non-refundable under any circumstances due to the resources invested in course planning and customization.
• Refund shall be initiated only if any classes are being cancelled by the institution

Loan Document Sharing

• Consent: By enrolling, you authorize us to share your documents with loan financing partners for educational financing options.

Right to Amend

The institute reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By enrolling, students agree to abide by these terms.
